Members Only Directory
  • chevron_rightWhere do I find the Digital Directory?
After logging in, look at the top of the page and click Guild Member Resources. When the list drops down, choose Member Directory.

  • chevron_rightWho Can See My Personal Information?
The Digital Member Directory is a resource that is only available to guild members.

You can verify this by clicking on the directory page in the members' resources dropdown.

You will be prompted to log in at that point, meaning you must have an active account to view information about other members.

By keeping this resource behind a login it ensures that non-members cannot view your information in the Digital Directory.
  • chevron_rightHow can I search the Digital Directory?
    1. Navigate to the Digital Directory. (If you’re not sure how, see “Where can I find the Digital Directory?” above.)
    2. Choose the field you want to search by:
      • First Name
      • Last Name
      • Email Address
      • Mailing Address.
    3. Select how you want to match your search. Options include:
      • Equals / Not equal to
      • Contains / Does not contain
      • Less than or equal to / Greater than or equal to
      • Starts with / Ends with
    4.  Enter the information you want to search for, then click Search.

    Example:
If you are looking for someone named Betsy, choose First Name, select Equals, type Betsy, and then click Search.

Note: If your information is not visible in the directory, please contact the active treasurer.

  • chevron_rightHow can I request a printed directory?
To request a printed copy of the directory:

Fill out the Contact Us form on the guild website.

Select the “Request a Printed Directory” option.

Someone from the guild will process your request and provide you with a printed copy.
  • chevron_rightWhy my or someone else's profile not in the Digital Directory?
If a profile is not appearing in the Digital Directory, and you believe this is a mistake, please reach out to the active treasurer.

If someone is no longer a member, their information will not be available in the digital directory. This is also true for pending accounts.

New Member FAQs - Quilt Show
  • chevron_rightCan I enter a quilt in the show? (New)
Yes, members can enter any quilt they'd like, in a variety of categories. You can choose to have your quilt judged or not — judging is done by NACQJ. The show typically features over 200 quilts on display, along with vendors, a Members' Table selling handmade quilted items, a Buy It Now Boutique, gift baskets, a Previously Loved Publications and Quilting Items booth, and the raffle quilts on display (the current year's quilt, plus the next year's quilt just starting its raffle).
  • chevron_rightWhat is "Quilting on the River"? (New)
It's our guild's quilt show, held every other year, during odd-numbered years, at Riverview Park Activities Center, 100 Riverview Park Drive, North Augusta, SC 29841.
New Member FAQs - Retreats
  • chevron_rightDoes the guild host retreats? (New)
Yes, the guild holds several retreats throughout the year.

Retreat locations include Hickory Knob State Park, Epworth by the Sea on St. Simons Island, GA, and Koosa Mountain Lodge and Retreat Center in the north Georgia mountains.

All retreats are members-only except for Epworth by the Sea on St. Simons Island, GA.
New Member FAQs - The Donation Quilt
  • chevron_rightWhat is the donation quilt, and where do the proceeds go? (New)
Each year, the guild makes a quilt to raffle off. Proceeds benefit the Children's Medical Center, supporting Camp Rainbow, a camp for children with cancer or blood disorders, held at the YMCA camp in Lincolnton. Campers take part in crafts, games, and activities, with volunteer medical teams on hand if needed.
  • chevron_rightHow do the raffle tickets work? (New)
As part of your dues, each member receives raffle tickets to keep or sell throughout the year and at guild events.

Each ticket has two parts. The buyer writes their name on the front; if that ticket is drawn, they win the donation quilt.

When you sell a ticket, you write your name on the back — if that ticket is drawn, you win a companion item, like a mini quilt, pillow, or wall hanging that matches the donation quilt.

The winning ticket is drawn either at the December guild meeting or at the quilt show, depending on the year.
New Member FAQs - Website & Online Access
  • chevron_rightDoes the guild have a website? (New)
Yes, at www.piecefulheartsquilters.com. The site has both a public and a private, members-only side. The private side includes the member directory, upcoming events, newsletters, and information on the PHQG Board and committees. The public side includes the homepage, general retreat information, how to join, quilt show details, and this FAQ page.
  • chevron_rightHow do I get access to the members-only portion of the site? (New)

If you ever forget your password, just click "forgot password" on the login page.
