Retreat Information

This retreat is on MLK weekend every year.  It is a PHQG Crowd favorite!  It is held in the Barn at Hickory Knob State Park, which is along a rolling, wooded area that is on the shoreline of the 71,000 acre Strom Thurmond Reservoir. There are many amenities at this State Park but we like it for the fellowship at the Barn while we sew during the day and evening.  Lodging and food are nearby.  Sign up with the Hickory Knob Retreat Coordinators.

 

   

 

 

Our guild has two 4 day retreats at different times of the year, at the shore,  where the members bring their projects and can sew day and night.  We stay on location for ease of sewing.  This retreat includes sewing together in the same room, a wonderful view, all meals included and a close quilt shop. This is minutes from the ocean!  Members sign up with the Retreat Coordinator.
